Dr. Costanzo has practiced in Southington since 1985. His mission is to always treat his patients honestly and respectfully. 

He has always said, "the difference between a good doctor and a better doctor is knowing who you can help and who you can't help".

Dr. Costanzo does his best to take the time to truly listen to his patients because he believes in treating the whole person and not just a condition with a medical name. 

He appreciates how fast knowledge and technology advances and works to keep up with what's new but also with what's worth using, thus filtering out "fad remedies". 

Quality of treatment while focusing on the patient is his main concern and this is evident after you meet him.  His confidence will make you feel very comfortable while under his care. 

Dr. Costanzo is married with four children, active in the community as a Little League coach, Unico member, and a former member of the Southington Rotary.

• April 1985:  Graduated from National College of Chiropractic, Doctorate.
• Sept. '79-May '81:  Fulfillment of basic science pre-requisites.
• Sept '75-May '78:  University of New Haven, School of Business.
• 1974-1975:  Central Connecticut State College, Biological Studies.

Licensure:

• 1985-present:  Chiropractic Physicians License, State of Connecticut.
